This proppant is a new-generation product especially developed for solving the problem of some proppants returning to the ground surface in the event of withdrawing pressure during hydraulic fracturing operation in oil wells. The base materials for the product is silica sand or ceramic proppant. It can be glued and solidified in stratum fluids under the combined action of a certain temperature and closure pressure. In this way, the backflow of some proppants can be effectively prevented, which can decrease sand congestion risk, improve construction efficiency and reduce the insertion degree of proppants. On the whole, the fissure conductivity can be well improved and kept to prolong the validity period of hydraulic fracturing.
